A few weeks ago on the news they were talking about the Liberation Treatment for MS where they open up veins in the neck. It seems some experts say that the blocked veins have nothing to do with MS, and they may be right. What gets me is that these are blocked blood veins to the brain. Weither they have any connection at all to MS shouldn't they be cleared? If one were to have a blocked vein in the leg or arm or so they would clear it up no problem. But one to the brain? Oh no, bad idea! Really now, the only bad part is that the patient could get better. The big problem for these 'experts' is that MS drugs cost a lot of money and if somone is cure, no more money.
Personaly, I'm all for the Liberation Treatment. My neighbour has MS and recently got on the list for the Liberation Treatment. Heres hoping that it all works out. He is a nice guy and a good friend of my dad's.
And here to everyone who has a loved one who is in someway 'ill'. I hope everything works out for the best, whatever way that may end up being.
